Every dock, every drone, every site — one screen. Dock Pulse connects to your DJI FlightHub 2 fleet and gives you the operations oversight FlightHub never did.
Your docks watch your infrastructure around the clock. But the docks themselves are six-figure assets sitting outside in the weather — and most operators only find out something's wrong when a mission fails.
One FlightHub login per org means juggling browser profiles just to see your whole operation. Multi-site fleets live in fragments.
A jammed cover or a silent power loss surfaces hours later as a missed patrol. The dock knew — nobody was listening.
Every dock, drone, battery, and weather station on one auto-refreshing screen — with alerts the moment a dock needs attention.
Beyond Visual Line of Sight is the unlock for genuinely autonomous dock operations — fewer crews on site, longer routes, more flights per dock. When your regulator signs off, the question won't be whether your drones can fly it. It'll be whether you can prove you're watching every one of them.
Every dock, every poll, on one always-on screen — the standing situational picture a BVLOS safety case assumes you already have.
An immutable log of every action, alert and access event — the paper trail your regulator and your insurer will ask to see.
Dock Integrity, unauthorised-flight detection and weather gating — the beyond-line-of-sight awareness approval is built on.
Built to watch dozens of docks across sites at once, so approval scales across your whole operation — not a single drone.
Every dock keeps an airworthiness-grade service logbook — work performed, parts and serial numbers, time-in-service computed from real flights, who returned it to service, plus photos and certificates — exportable in one click. Built around what the UK CAA (CAP 722), the FAA (Part 107) and EASA (2019/947) expect, with DJI's recommended schedule ready to load.
How Dock Pulse supports compliance →Built for DJI FlightHub 2 — and built to do more with your fleet than FlightHub does.
Status, battery, charging state, site weather, and current task for every dock — cards or table, compact or comfortable. Auto-refreshes continuously, so the screen is never stale.
Connect every FlightHub organisation, project, or region — Dock Pulse merges them into a single fleet. Per-connection health and status, so a degraded link never hides.
Dock cams and aircraft feeds side by side, with telemetry HUD. Focus any feed full-screen.
Critical, warning, info — grouped by state with one-click acknowledge and resolve.
Docks and live aircraft on one map — plus an authoritative record of every automated flight: duration, distance, media, and return-to-home and safety events. Your air-ops oversight on the record, not in someone's memory.
Every dock's live conditions — wind, gusts, temperature, rain — checked against its flight envelope, so you know it's safe to fly before the mission starts, not after it aborts.
Design the dock card your team needs, then give each person their own view — the engineer sees faults and service due, the manager sees uptime and ROI. One fleet, the right lens for everyone.
FlightHub flies the drone. Dock Pulse watches everything around it — and surfaces the warnings the standard tools leave you to find out the hard way.
A reversing lorry clips it. High winds shift it. Someone relocates it overnight. Dock Pulse quietly learns where each dock belongs and flags the instant that changes — so a knocked dock never becomes a failed mission you discover too late. Mobile docks opt out.
“Where was the wind highest today?” “Which docks haven't flown this week?” “Is the Riverside dock healthy?” Type the question, get the answer — across every dock, no dashboards to dig through.
Each dock's build date and a live warranty countdown, decoded straight from its serial — so you can see what's still claimable before a fault becomes your cost. Log every inspection, swap and repair, set service intervals, and Dock Pulse tracks what's due across the whole fleet. The maintenance record FlightHub never keeps — and the one your insurer, auditor and next buyer will ask to see.
If an aircraft leaves the dock without a scheduled mission, you'll know — automatically.
Every battery's health is tracked over its life, so a fading cell shows up long before it strands a flight.
A whole day of outside-camera stills, played back in seconds — a view FlightHub can't produce at all.
Add Dock Pulse to your home screen and the events that can't wait reach you as a push notification — even with the app closed. Most tools email and hope you're looking; Dock Pulse buzzes the phone in your pocket. Critical-only, so when it goes off, it matters.
Autonomous flight is an investment — Dock Pulse turns your fleet's activity into the numbers that justify it, and the reports that put them in front of whoever signs off the budget.
Dock Pulse weighs each dock's amortisation and energy against what the same job would cost flown by a crew — so you can see cost per flight, the saving on every mission, and the point each dock has paid for itself.
An executive PDF and scheduled, shareable snapshots — activity, uptime and value, sent on a timetable or shared as a frozen link. The board update writes itself.
Two workspace templates — each in light and dark. Same data, different personality. Switch any time; your team's preference is saved per user.
Dense & technical. Mono numerals, hairline panels, status LEDs. For operators who live in this screen.
Airy & friendly. Soft cards, battery rings, pill statuses. Obvious at first glance. Default.
Pay only for the size of your fleet. Live view, ops map, mission log, alerts, both templates — nothing is gated. Pick the plan that covers your docks; upgrade any time and new docks go live instantly.
Tell us about your fleet and we'll come back with a plan sized to it — usually the same working day.
Through your DJI FlightHub 2 account — you connect it once in a few clicks, and every dock you operate appears in your fleet automatically. No hardware, no firmware changes, nothing installed on the dock.
Yes — that's the point. Connect as many FlightHub organisations as you need (one per org, project, or region) and Dock Pulse merges them into a single fleet view, with per-connection health monitoring.
DJI Dock, Dock 2, and Dock 3 — with their paired aircraft (M30 series, Matrice 3D/3TD, Matrice 4D/4TD). Mixed-generation fleets are fully supported on one screen.
No feature is gated — every plan has every feature, every template, and unlimited FlightHub connections. Plans differ only by fleet size: Starter covers up to 3 docks, Growth 10, Fleet 25, and Enterprise beyond that. Docks above your plan still show in your fleet, clearly marked, and go live the moment you upgrade or move a licence onto them. Extra teammates are £20/seat per month on any plan.
Your telemetry and mission history are exportable at any time, and your FlightHub credentials are deleted from our systems immediately on cancellation. Your docks keep flying — they were always yours.
Connect your first FlightHub key and see your whole fleet on one screen — in under five minutes.
