Dock Pulse ("we", "us") provides fleet-operations monitoring for DJI Dock fleets at dock-pulse.com. This policy explains what personal data we hold, why, and your rights over it. For UK GDPR purposes Dock Pulse is the data controller for your account data, and a processor of the operational telemetry your connected fleet exposes. Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record under their own privacy policy.
We never sell your data. We share personal data only with the processors that run the Service, under contract: Lemon Squeezy (payments), Resend (transactional email delivery), and our UK/EU VPS hosting provider. Weather context is fetched from Open-Meteo using only a dock's coordinates — no personal data leaves with it. If a workspace turns on the optional AI assistant — which is off by default — the questions asked of it, and the fleet data needed to answer them, are sent to a large-language-model provider; this happens only for that workspace and only while the feature is enabled. We may disclose data if required by law.
Your data is stored on our own server. Snapshot imagery is held on that server only — never on third-party object storage — and is reachable solely by authenticated members of your workspace. Each workspace's data is isolated; one customer can never see another's, even where two organisations legitimately monitor the same shared dock.
We may compute and publish fleet-level patterns — for example, fault rates by hardware production cohort — using data stripped of any link to you, your sites, your operations or your people. Nothing in those insights can identify you. Because they use only aggregated, de-identified data containing nothing personal to you, contributing to these insights is part of the Service rather than an optional setting. Where an organisation's own procurement or security policy requires it, we can exclude that account's data from the aggregate by arrangement — just contact us.
We set only the strictly necessary session cookie that keeps you signed in. We run no advertising, analytics or cross-site tracking cookies — which is why you won't see a cookie-consent banner. Because there are no non-essential cookies, there's nothing to consent to.
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you (your account email, name and sign-in records), object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent for benchmarking. These rights apply to personal data about you — the operational telemetry historian is data about equipment and is governed by your Terms of Service, where our default is to de-identify it rather than destroy it. Where that operational record incidentally contains personal data — say, a person or number plate caught in dock imagery — you can ask us to remove it; and if you need the entire underlying record erased rather than de-identified, we will do that on request, keeping only what the law requires us to retain. Email admin@dock-pulse.com and we'll respond within one month. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Dock Pulse is a business tool not intended for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
We'll post material changes here and, where significant, notify you by email or an in-app notice. Continued use after the stated date is acceptance.
