Terms of Service

Last updated: 20 June 2026

1. Who we are

Dock Pulse ("Dock Pulse", "we", "us") provides fleet-operations monitoring for DJI Dock fleets at dock-pulse.com (the "Service"). Purchases of the Service are processed by Lemon Squeezy, LLC acting as Merchant of Record — Lemon Squeezy is the seller of record for your subscription, and their terms apply to the payment transaction itself.

Dock Pulse is an independent product. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to DJI. DJI, DJI Dock and FlightHub are trademarks of SZ DJI Technology Co., Ltd.

2. What the Service is — and is not

Dock Pulse is a read-only monitoring layer over the DJI FlightHub 2 OpenAPI. We poll telemetry from API keys you connect and present fleet status, history, alerts, snapshots and analytics.

  • The Service never commands, controls, dispatches or lands aircraft, and never modifies anything inside your FlightHub organisation.
  • The Service is not a safety-of-life system. Data may be delayed, incomplete or unavailable (see clause 8). It must not be your sole means of monitoring flight operations.
  • You remain solely responsible for the legality and safety of your drone operations, including compliance with your aviation regulator (e.g. the UK CAA), your operational authorisations and DJI's own terms.

3. Accounts and workspaces

Sign-in is passwordless: a one-time code is emailed to you. You are responsible for the security of that email mailbox. A workspace's Owner controls billing and membership; Admins and Viewers have reduced permissions. You are responsible for the people you invite.

4. API keys you connect

You may only connect FlightHub Organization Keys that you are authorised to use. Where several organisations legitimately share access to the same assets (for example, infrastructure partners), each organisation may connect the same key under its own separate subscription — each workspace's data, preferences and billing remain independent.

5. Trials, fees and billing

  • Free trial: 14 days, full feature set, no payment card required. If you do nothing, access simply pauses when the trial ends — you are never charged automatically at the end of a trial.
  • Subscriptions: billed in advance via Lemon Squeezy — annually or monthly, on plans sized by the number of docks they cover (current plans and prices are published on our pricing page), plus £20/month per additional seat beyond those included in your plan. Every plan includes every feature. Prices include applicable VAT/sales tax handling by the Merchant of Record.
  • Plans purchased before tiered pricing launched keep their original terms (including unlimited docks) for the remainder of their current billing period; changes apply only from renewal, with notice as below.
  • Price changes: we will give at least 30 days' notice by email before any price change takes effect on your renewal.
  • Cancellation and refunds: per our Refund & Cancellation Policy — cancel any time, no cancellation fees, access runs to the end of the period you've paid for.

6. Your data

  • We store telemetry, snapshots, missions, alerts and the configuration you enter in order to provide the Service. Your workspace's data is visible only to authenticated members of your workspace.
  • We never sell your data, and we never share your identifiable data with third parties except as needed to run the Service.
  • We may use aggregated, de-identified data across the platform (for example, fault rates by hardware production cohort) to improve the Service and publish fleet-level insights. Nothing published will identify you, your sites or your operations.
  • On termination, your workspace data remains intact for 30 days so you can re-subscribe without loss. After that, it is removed from your account and retained only in de-identified form, disassociated from your workspace and its users, for the analytics described above.
  • De-identification is our default; full erasure is available on request. Our standard practice when an account closes is to de-identify rather than destroy — a deliberate choice so the historical and aggregate record that powers the Service stays meaningful. If you would rather we completely erased your underlying records instead of de-identifying them, contact us and we will carry that out, other than the minimum we are legally required to keep (for example, transaction records held by our Merchant of Record for tax purposes).
  • We comply with UK GDPR in respect of personal data (account emails, names, sign-in records). Snapshot imagery is stored on our own servers, never on third-party object storage.
  • Cookies: the Service sets only the strictly necessary session cookie that keeps you signed in. We use no advertising, analytics or cross-site tracking cookies — which is why you won't see a cookie-consent banner here.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to: misuse, probe or disrupt the Service; attempt to access other customers' data; resell the Service without our written agreement; or use it in connection with unlawful drone operations.

8. Availability and third-party services

We aim for high availability but, as an early-access product, the Service is provided without an uptime SLA. The Service depends on third parties we do not control — including the DJI FlightHub 2 API, weather data providers and live-video infrastructure. Interruptions or API changes by those parties are not a breach of these terms, though we will work to restore functionality promptly.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law.

Subject to that: the Service is provided "as is"; we are not liable for operational or flight decisions made in reliance on the Service; we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses; and our total liability under these terms is capped at the fees you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim arose.

10. Termination

You can stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate a workspace for material breach of these terms or non-payment, with reasonable notice where practicable. Clause 6's retention rules apply on termination.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email and/or an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date is acceptance.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction — except that consumers retain any mandatory protections of their home jurisdiction.
