Every drone regulator expects the same three things of a dock operator: maintain your aircraft and dock per the manufacturer's instructions, keep records that prove you did, and be able to produce them on request. None of them mandate a particular log format — so Dock Pulse keeps an airworthiness-grade maintenance record built around what all three expect, and exports it cleanly for an auditor, insurer or buyer.
Important: Dock Pulse helps you keep good records — it does not, by itself, make you compliant. Your own Operations Manual, operational authorisations and a competent person remain responsible for that. We are not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any aviation regulator or DJI.
UK drone operations are governed by CAP 722, and for the Specific category by your Operating Safety Case / Operations Manual (CAP 722A), which defines how you record maintenance, flights and incidents. Dock Pulse keeps the per-dock service logbook, flight history and safety-event record your Operations Manual refers to — all exportable.
Under 14 CFR Part 107 (with guidance in AC 107-2A), you maintain the aircraft per the manufacturer's instructions and keep records — including battery records — that you produce on request; for Part 135 dock operations the bar is higher. Dock Pulse logs maintenance, parts, time-in-service, battery condition and the person who returned the dock to service.
Under Regulation (EU) 2019/947, a Specific-category operator's Operations Manual must include a maintenance programme, and a technical logbook of maintenance records is expected. Dock Pulse provides that logbook, with the manufacturer-referenced schedule ready to pre-load.
Maintenance lives on each dock's Maintenance tab; records are append-only and timestamped. Start a free trial to keep your fleet's records in one place.
